Passed with 90% in National Exams (PANE) As a newly qualified and certified Physician Associate from St. George's University, I aspire to work in general practice and mentor PA students in academic setting. I am dedicated to integrating academic excellence, clinical proficiency, and patient-centred care. Having completed my foundational studies in Biomedical Sciences at King's College London, my goal is to elevate healthcare standards through evidence-based practices and interdisciplinary collaboration. During university, I actively contributed to peer learning by designing and delivering OSCE stations, helping fellow students prepare for practical assessments. I led teaching sessions using sample exam questions and created interactive learning resources such as spot-the-diagnosis exercises, case-based discussions, and presentations on various medical conditions. As part of my assessment, I presented two Case-Based Discussions (CBDs) on breast cancer and hidradenitis suppurativa, based on patients I encountered during my GP placement, achieving 100%. Additionally, I delivered a presentation on the management of chronic pain during GP placement, which was well received. I am deeply passionate about addressing the burden of chronic conditions and believe that effective patient education plays a crucial role in long-term management and improving quality of life. Building on this experience, I have also spent six months tutoring PA students in a private setting, focusing on national examination and OSCE preparation. As a former PA student, I was actively involved in peer-led learning and knowledge-sharing, which has given me valuable insight into effective teaching strategies tailored for PA students. Being close in age to many of my students allows me to relate well to the younger cohort, fostering a comfortable and engaging learning environment. My sessions are designed to ensure clarity in complex clinical concepts and follow a structured approach, including: • Tailored PowerPoint Presentations – covering key topics requested by students • Case-Based Learning – using real-world clinical scenarios seen during placement to enhance understanding • OSCE Preparation – mock stations, structured feedback, and examination techniques • Interactive Q&A – addressing queries to reinforce understanding •Exam-Focused Strategy – breaking down SBA (Single Best Answer) and clinical application questions. Through this approach, I aim to build confidence, strengthen clinical reasoning, and improve examination performance for PA students.
