Hello there! I'm Dr. Rishi Shivhare, an experienced tutor with a passion for Physics, Mathematics, and teaching. I hold a Ph.D. in Physics and have over six years of teaching experience from high school to graduate level.
I'm passionate about making Physics and Mathematics accessible and enjoyable for everyone. I believe in setting clear goals, personalising our lessons to suit your unique learning style, and incorporating active learning techniques for a more engaging experience. I am an empathetic and experienced tutor with a Ph.D. in Physics from Germany, currently enhancing my teaching methodologies at the Harvard Bok Center for Teaching and Learning. Specializing in Physics and Mathematics, my tutoring approach is a blend of structure and personalization.
Through clear communication and collaboration, we will set achievable learning outcomes and goals right from the start. I firmly believe that every student has a unique learning style and pace, so I tailor my lessons based on your needs, feedback, and progress.
In my teaching, I incorporate active learning techniques to keep sessions engaging and productive. These techniques are a part of my ongoing training at the Harvard Bok Center, where I'm presently finishing a higher education certificate.
