About Melanny
With five years of experience teaching and correcting exercises of tone, strength and elasticity. Creating dynamic training to work the whole body in each class, with the aim of preventing or treating injuries, correct posture, improve muscle tone and elasticity to maintain a healthy and active life. I have worked with children, adults, elderly and disabled. I do the class and the material according to the student's needs.

I am Diploma in Physiotherapy and thanks to this profession I have dedicated to the health and welfare of my clients. I have made functional training courses, advanced therapeutic massage and pilates MAT. The class can be in Spanish or English language. Class time: 1h - 1h: 15m approx. In the first class I do a physical assessment the student, talked about targets, timetables, experience and do some exercise to show my techniques work. I am flexible agenda for reservations or cancellations 24 hours before class. If necessary, add the class with a mobile application template personalized exercises to do at home (have additional cost).
