Hello all, I am a Physiotherapist currently working in Bangalore. I completed my bachelor's of Physiotherapy from Mangalore with first class in all the years. I am very interested in treating and helping people to get back to their pain-free lifestyle.

I will be guiding you regarding your condition through an elaborated assessment which will give me a clear explanation about your situation. Accordingly I will plan out your rehabilitations, workouts or exercises along with required lifestyle modifications.
-Exercises or workouts will be planned according to the current situation and aiming to get back to what you are willing to.
-Number of sessions will be decided once the assessment is done.
-Classes are intended to population including teens, adults, older adults both male and female.
-A fixed timing will be decided for every session so you do not miss out on it.
-Your condition will be reviewed after every three weeks of duration.
