About Lila
I am a piano tutor with 12 years of teaching experience and a PhD in Piano Teaching. Throughout my career, I have worked with students in private lessons, ensemble settings, and community music programs. Teaching piano allows me to share my passion for music while helping others develop valuable skills.
My experience includes guiding duet performances, collaborative music projects, and performance preparation. I focus on helping students develop confidence, rhythmic accuracy, and strong musicianship through engaging instruction. Every learner receives support tailored to their goals.
I believe music education should be enjoyable, meaningful, and accessible. Helping students grow into confident and expressive musicians is one of the most fulfilling parts of my work. I look forward to supporting learners throughout their musical journey.

My piano lessons focus on helping students become confident musicians through a combination of technique, creativity, and practical learning. I introduce concepts through engaging exercises that encourage strong musical foundations from the very beginning. Lessons are supportive, structured, and adapted to each learner's needs.
Students explore finger independence, rhythm training, note reading, coordination exercises, duet playing, sight reading, and expressive performance techniques. I encourage learners to develop both technical control and artistic confidence through consistent practice and meaningful activities. Every lesson promotes steady improvement.
I enjoy helping students strengthen their musical abilities while discovering the joy of playing piano. Individualized guidance ensures that learners remain motivated and challenged appropriately. My goal is to create a learning experience that is both productive and inspiring.
