About Nora
I am a piano tutor with 8 years of experience and a PhD in Piano Performance. I enjoy helping students achieve their musical goals through supportive teaching and carefully planned lessons.
My lessons combine technical development with creative exploration. I encourage students to learn with confidence while building skills that continue growing beyond the classroom.
Outside teaching, I enjoy composing piano works, performing with chamber musicians, and exploring music from different cultures. These experiences help me create engaging and inspiring learning experiences.

My piano lessons help students build strong musical foundations while making learning enjoyable and rewarding. We practice note reading, rhythm, scales, finger coordination, chord progressions, pedal technique, sight reading, musical dynamics, and expressive playing through engaging exercises and carefully selected pieces. Every lesson encourages steady improvement and confidence.
As learners progress, we introduce improvisation, accompaniment patterns, duet playing, ear training, recital preparation, musical phrasing, interpretation, and organized practice routines. I provide practical guidance and encouraging feedback that help students become independent and creative pianists.
My goal is to help students enjoy playing the piano while developing excellent technique and musical understanding. Every lesson builds confidence, creativity, and lifelong appreciation for music.
