About Claire
Music is the big love of my life. In addition to teaching piano to learners of all ages, I accompany the local community choir, and very much value about the opportunity that both of these activities gives me to share my love and passion for music with others.

First and foremost, I am approachable, friendly and always patient. My priority is to make sure that learners are motivated to have fun, while at the same time working hard to make progress. I work at the learner's pace, and satisfy myself that a learning goal has been achieved, before moving on to the next one. I take detailed notes throughout each lesson, so that the learner has a record of the ground that we have covered in the lesson, and is clear about what to look at and practise before the next lesson.
