I am Luana, I have traveled to many places learning different techniques with many different teachers. I have a lot of experience giving face-to-face and online classes to children, adolescents, youth, adults, and older adults, therefore I have a broad and comprehensive vision of the body and human beings.

Perfect! Luana is fantastic! She listened and adjusted to our specific situation. She was great at explaining everything! kept both my wife and I exercising when we took turns using the Reformer we purchased! We did not have the same experience with other trainers.
