Practice yoga for several years but decided to study pilates as I was really drawn to the benefits and the total outcome of it.
Started studying with studio Pilates international in 2017 and completed my studies with them in 2019

I start my classes with easy and focused movements so I can really see what they are lacking. From there I create a detailed plan for them, incorporating various of movements ranging from hard to easy
Most people don’t realise half of their body is much stronger and over worked then the other half, and it’s where most pain comes from.
