About YING-CHEN
I am a musical dancer and well-trained pilates tutor. I have been dance for more than 15+ years, and I teach pilates for more than 3 years.
I am quite confident to teach any level of students. I am also a very outgoing teacher. I believe pilates is for everyone, because learning your own body is essential.
I am sure you will enjoy the workout.
