About Brighette

Continuously training and curious to continue learning! I am an actress, a vocal technique teacher and a teacher of various disciplines for the well-being and health of the body. I have been teaching group classes in Pilates, yoga, body balance, Zumba, spinning, toning, personal training... for more than 10 years.
I believe that not everyone can dedicate themselves to teaching since you have to have a deep degree of sensitivity, empathy for the other person and patience :). You have to understand that if people turn to you it is because they need guidance in that matter and a good teacher has to have the wisdom to be able to put himself in the other person's shoes and show him what he knows, according to the characteristics of the person he is addressing. is teaching him. It is not that my method changes depending on the person, my execution of the technique is the same, but knowledge cannot be expressed in the same way to a person who is more nervous to another who is much more relaxed. For the first one we will have to focus on the present so that they fully enjoy the class and for the second we will have to transmit energy, encouragement and security to focus the class. In the same way, it is not treated the same if the same exercises are proposed to an older person as to a younger person.
I like that each class helps you change your day, so that you connect with yourself and have "your moment" of effort, internal concentration, peace and well-being. We start with a warm-up that places you in the class, in what you are going to do and warns the body of what it is going to do. When we have it, we will teach the class focused on your objectives, I like to vary, how to teach everything, even cardio Box, I like to use music as motivation and the different tools that I humbly like to share so that you can have a great time well besides training. I'm not going to deceive you, I love to push hard but always respecting your rhythm, your level and knowing that we are in progress of learning and improving. Everything in its time. If you don't have clear goals, nothing happens, you know that you have to do Pilates or yoga because your intuition tells you that it will be good for you or because you have tried it before, it is like that, here you will be in good hands and I hope I can help you get started. your path with discipline, enjoyment and dedication to it.
My pilates and yoga classes are for everyone, depending on the age I make variations so that the body does not suffer, we change some postures, always working in depth, never superficially. For there to be a true change and transformation, things must be felt and recorded, it is the only way to progress and truly enjoy. Hello everyone! I have trained throughout my life without ceasing, in various disciplines, dancing and singing, as well as acting and physical training, yoga and pilates. As a result I like that each class is an EXPERIENCE, I love teaching! and whatever level you have, my classes are for learning, so that you end up relaxed and satisfied, achieve your previously set goals and connect with yourself through your body so that you notice the change and final well-being. It is not only about having a healthy body but also a healthy mental and physical state, I will give you some conscious eating tips to complement and we will always seek to go a little further in a demanding way but respecting your rhythm and taking care of your body. We will work on being in the present so that the exercises feel and pass through our body organically and are not a mere sequence of movements, we will be focused on the present and breathing, we will do a previous warm-up of the entire body, focusing on the joints and muscles that we are going to work more in that session. We will work on strength and toning in between (regardless of the discipline, be it yoga, pilates or personal or group training) and we will finish with stretching and relaxation. It is a deep, rigorous and complete work, healthy for life and it is even necessary: a good workout makes the body loosen up and release all the tensions of day to day, in addition to working the muscles, you connect with yourself in a deep way. and you have that time of day that is just for you.
