About Steve
Steve "Sharky" Bushrod is a long time musician and music Producer. Has been Playing a wide range of instruments for over 30 years. and Teaching Acoustic / Electric Guitar for over 15 years. Originally based in Brighton and the south coast. Is Now Set up in Hastings. All Steve's Students have gone on to carry on confidently to write, record and perform to others. and have kept the knowledge learnt from the one to one lessons to develop on their own. as all artists should.

Depending on your experience. The Lessons will cover everything from " About your guitar" to Chord progression. Scales. and even song writing. And Most important, feeling confident to play your own way. and comfortable to play with and for others. Each lesson will be a minimum of 1 hour and Schedule that suits you by appointment. Steve has been Playing Guitar for over 30 years. and teaching one to one guitar for 15 years. Lessons can be for all learnable ages. from 14 to 60 All you need is the want to learn. and a Guitar.

Perfect! Steve is great guitarist and amazing teacher!! He is very approachable and not shies away to put extra effort to teach you. He breaks down the lessons to simple things and even before you know it, you can play new song or tune !!

Steve was my guitar teacher a few years ago. He helped me write and put a song together to play for my wife at our wedding.
He taught me chords and putting a tune together. And how to sing my poem to the song.
It went so well.
I was so nervous,Steve came to my wedding and stood by my side to accompany me on stage performing my song.
Everybody loved it.

When it comes to guitar, Steve knows his stuff. He's a multi-instrumentalist but guitar is his first instrument. Not only does he teach how to play, but he knows his songwriting craft and will guide you on what makes a great song if you want to write your own material.
Steve is such a great tutor! He’s really patient, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He breaks everything down in a way that is easy to understand and follow. I always feel a real progression from one lesson to the next and have gained so much confidence. I can now play an entire song! I highly recommended him as a tutor.
