About Divesh Surve
A fitness freak student started a journey of fitness training 5 years back & gained a tremendous knowledge of health, nutrition, dieting, weight training, resistance training, weigh lifting, weight loss, weight gain etc. With proper and customized plan.. But as I have learned it's more of mental change rather than a physical appearance as we need to create a change in mindset and lifestyle to perceive a desired goal and further to sustain such goal achieved which is crucial part of this entire goal and there is where the role of trainer takes place ..
