About Walidul Alam
Hello my fellow and future students! My name is Walid, am 28 years old and I used to be a student like you not long ago. I graduated with a Master’s degree in AI in 2023, and can relate to most of you and your academic journeys. I started teaching when I was about 17, I think, when I started teaching my friends. Eventually I got to teaching in a school as a mathematics teacher back in Bangladesh, my home country, where I realised I was good at teaching, as I could relate and adapt to students. I try to make my lessons interesting, because I know I wouldn’t enjoy it myself otherwise. I take teaching very seriously as my words will dictate the thought process of a learner.

When teaching I try to explain a topic the same way I learnt about it. I believe understanding the basics and the “why?” to every idea is important to have a clear and critical view of any subject. I will align my lesson plans according to the curriculum and the capability of the student.
