1. I believe in a teaching environment that has a good balance between both traditional lecture oriented method while also dedicating time for a good question-answer session.
2. I teach through examples and relatable scenarios so that concepts are easier to grasp and understand. I also make use of technology to make the class more interesting and relevant.
3. I reflect on the input given by the student and try to identify my strengths and weaknesses in order to curate a method that is most suitable for the student.
4. I prepare lecture notes and give handouts on the lecture outline so that students can focus on understanding the concepts without the added stress of writing.
