About Joy
I am Joy, I am currently a postgraduate student at Teesside University and I have always been passionate about literature for as long as I can remember. My interest in teaching comes from noticing how many students struggle not because they are incapable, but because the explanation they received simply didn’t match the way they understand things. Teaching for me, is about guidance and encouragement. I want to create a safe space where students feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes and improving at their own pace.
