About Sophie
My name is Kiki Barreto and I am a 19 year old starting her studies at the University of York in Psychology in Education. I’ve always had a passion for writing and English, and through studying it have realised certain faults and miscommunications in teaching at school. I want everyone to experience English as I have, as a fun and inspiring subject which they can excel in.

I would love to collaborate with students on the best approach for them, as a very adaptable person, and work around their own challenges with learning. I struggled in school with concentration and mental health issues, as many students do. Nevertheless, I achieved grades I could be proud of and got to where I wanted to be. I hope to help you to reach this as well, and help you be proud of your achievements despite your challenges.
