About Tallie
I am an exercise specialist, working with people on corrective exercises, somewhere in between a physio and a PT.
I am also a nutritionist and take a holistic view on all things.

Virtual assessment of postural alignment - full review with any surgeries, injuries or pain taken into account. We discover where the problem is and discuss stretches and strengthening exercises to correct. Ongoing support as the body releases old habits and adapts to a healthier way of moving.
