About Samuel
My name is Samuel
I am 20 years old, and I am a student of industrial engineering.
Almost all my life I have been surrounded by sports, 6 years ago I started with what is now my almost full-time hobby: gymnastics and calisthenics.
I started when I was 14 years old when I was practicing athletics, and from that moment I became passionate about the sport. It was a radical change in my life, and the idea of teaching other people everything I learned about gymnastics, hypertrophy, strength, technique and even nutrition, and that they achieve that change, I am passionate and excited.
For the love of art as they would colloquially call it.
