About Geetha Ramani
I was educated in India and I attained my highest qualification of my Masters in Computer Applications (MCA). I was an IT consultant for 10 years and I worked for multiple years in the UK. I left my job to take care of my children and that is when I started with my Yoga practice. I developed a huge passion in Yoga and I have been practicing it for the past 13 years.
There is a misconception that Yoga is practiced mainly for flexibility but I realized that there is so much more to it. As my passion for yoga developed I did a Yoga teacher training course. It was during the COVID-19 pandemic when I started teaching online Yoga classes and it made me so happy to help so many people – not just with flexibility, but with mental health, a healthy diet, preventing health issues by improving immunity and curing health issues as well. I loved spreading positivity during the tough COVID times. I would love to spread Yoga to a lot more people!

I love to include a variety of things with practicing and teaching yoga. These things include associating yoga with music, slokas, dance, movements and routines. They also include therapeutical yoga, massaging, kids friendly yoga, clapping, tapping, laughing, face yoga and meditation. At the same time, I also enjoy photography and practicing yoga outdoors with nature. I would love to share all of my knowledge of yoga to as many people as possible to stay healthy and fit and to learn many things myself. I have good leadership skills to be able to do this.
