I'm Praveen Kumar. I'm an ex-army fitness trainer and NSNIS athletics coach and World kids athletics coach. I want to teach kids how they can keep themselves fit and healthy. This is a very hectic time for them when their parents are busy earning, and someone needs to help them stay healthy.
