About Kayla
I am a third-year pre-med student at UCLA. Before transferring there, I spent two years at UCSD. During my academic career in San Diego, I worked for the academic achievement program as a supplement instruction leader. In this role I had to create weekly group tutoring sessions based on material from the particular course I was assigned to. Over the two years, I gained an extensive experience through working with 4 different calculus courses. Not only do I have experience as being a student in the class, but I’ve experienced the class through the instructor’s perspective. This allowed me to learn a plethora of helpful study tips others can use to excel in their course.
