About Soni
I am an enthusiastic piano tutor with 13 years of experience teaching students of all ages, from school learners to college students and working professionals. I believe that learning piano is a journey of technical mastery, creativity, and personal expression. My teaching approach focuses on patience, clear communication, and adapting lessons to each student’s learning style and goals.
I design lessons that build strong fundamentals such as finger technique, hand coordination, rhythm, and sight-reading, while gradually introducing advanced techniques. Alongside piano, I teach music theory, ear training, and rhythm exercises to provide a complete musical education.
Lessons are interactive, engaging, and often include song practice, improvisation, and performance opportunities. I help students overcome challenges, develop confidence, and maintain consistent practice habits.
My ultimate aim is to create a positive, motivating, and supportive learning environment where students can enjoy learning piano and grow as skilled musicians.

This enables me to provide personalized guidance and encouragement that motivates students to reach their full potential.
Creativity is at the core of my approach. I encourage students to experiment with musical ideas, try improvisation, and explore composition. By fostering creative expression alongside technical skill, students gain both confidence and a deeper appreciation for music. Flexibility is equally important; I adapt lessons based on the student’s progress, interests, and learning preferences, ensuring that each session is effective and enjoyable.
Beyond piano, I incorporate related subjects such as music theory, sight-reading, rhythm, and ear training. This comprehensive approach strengthens technical ability, musical understanding, and expressive skills. My goal is not only to teach students how to play piano but also to help them develop lifelong skills such as discipline, focus, creativity, and self-confidence.
