I'm San, a Muay Thai and Kickboxing Specialist Instructor and Level 3 Personal Trainer based in London, with over 17 years of martial arts experience.
Coming from a family of professional Muay Thai fighters and coaches, martial arts has been part of my life from an early age. I've competed in both amateur and professional bouts, trained alongside world champions, and travelled to Thailand over 12 times to develop my skills through authentic Muay Thai training.
My coaching combines traditional Muay Thai with modern strength and conditioning to help you improve safely, build confidence, and achieve lasting results. Every session is structured, enjoyable, and tailored to your ability—whether you're stepping into a gym for the first time or preparing for competition.
I'm particularly passionate about helping women and young people develop practical self-defence skills, confidence, and the resilience to feel stronger, safer, and more empowered in everyday life.

What Is Muay Thai?
Muay Thai, known as The Art of Eight Limbs, is Thailand's national sport and one of the world's most effective striking martial arts.
Unlike many combat sports, Muay Thai teaches you to use your fists, elbows, knees, and shins, alongside powerful clinch techniques, making it one of the most complete stand-up fighting systems in the world.
Training offers far more than fighting skills. It helps you develop:

Muay Thai vs Kickboxing

Every session is individually tailored to your goals, experience, and fitness level. Whether you're taking your first steps in Muay Thai, looking to improve your fitness, learn practical self-defence, or prepare for competition, each lesson is designed to help you progress with purpose and confidence.
My coaching combines authentic Muay Thai with a structured, supportive approach that prioritises technical excellence, steady progression, and safe, effective training. You'll develop real skills while improving your strength, conditioning, coordination, confidence, discipline, and mental resilience.
No two sessions are exactly the same, but a typical lesson may include:
- Dynamic warm-up and mobility
- Shadowboxing
- Technical instruction and skill development
- Pad work
- Bag work (where available)
- Offensive and defensive drills
- Clinch techniques
- Controlled technical sparring and live sparring (optional and always appropriate to your experience, goals, and level)

Training with San is incredible. He keeps the sessions really fun and engaging, but what stands out the most is how authentic his coaching is. He teaches proper Muay Thai technique and makes sure you’re learning the real thing, not just a fitness-class version of it. His eye for detail is sharp — he’ll always correct you and push you so your form is spot on. It honestly feels like training in Thailand, but right here in London. If you want to enjoy yourself while learning authentic Muay Thai, San is the coach to go to.
San is a great MT instructor. I recently moved to London and was trying to continue kickboxing, specifically 1-to-1 sessions and I had came across San. San knows MT very well and is very knowledgeable on the techniques. He also ensures that you're having a good workout and listens to your goals for the session.

• Ongoing sessions: £75 Pay as you go or £650 for 10 hours (based on location, duration & travel)
