I would be interested in teaching children and teenagers. My focus is on helping them develop their individual acting styles and techniques either for themselves, or for GCSE, A-Level, LAMDA or Trinity Guildhall exams, upcoming productions and auditions. I would include a discussion and an exploration of contemporary and classical acting techniques and, if the pupil is studying for GCSE and A-Level, an in-depth exploration and study of the text, its symbolism, and what it means to put a text into performance.
I am a student at Durham University and was previously the Head of Drama at my secondary school. I have achieved all of my Trinity Guildhall drama grades with distinction (up to grade 8) and have experience directing and producing plays, as well as selecting actors during auditions. I have auditioning experience for film and tv.

A-Level Theatre Studies (A*)
Grade 1-8 Trinity Guildhall (with distinction)
Student Head of Drama at St Mary's School, Ascot
This position gave me the ability to direct my own productions within the school, whereby I had to audition and choose my own actors and then put the play together entirely myself. I also had to coach and help younger girls develop their acting techniques and prepare for their exams - both the written side of the drama exams and the practical side.
