About Lauren
Hi, I'm Lauren!
I'm in my first year of a Primary Education degree at university and enjoy teaching children of all ages.
My favourite subjects at school were english and history, however I did need a bit of help with english in juniors school. Having a tutor really helped me to build my confidence and knowledge in the subject and I've always wanted to do the same for others.

I will find methods of teaching that work to the needs and understanding of each individual child, while focusing specifically on areas that they are struggling the most with.
Lessons are typically 1 - 2 hours long, which mimic those of school lessons.
I will also try my best to tailor lessons to work alongside what is being taught in school.
As a Primary Education student as Portsmouth University, I will use the knowledge and skills acquired from lessons and placements to create a productive (and more importantly fun) lesson for children.
