About Bella
I am a qualified primary school teacher with experience teaching across a range of year levels. I specialize in supporting students in English and Mathematics, with a strong focus on building confidence, strengthening foundational skills, and helping learners achieve steady, meaningful progress. My teaching style is patient, structured and encouraging. I take the time to understand each student’s individual needs and tailor my lessons to match their learning style. Whether a child needs help to catch up, extend their skills, or develop greater confidence, I create a positive and supportive environment where they can succeed. I believe that every student learns best when they feel safe, understood and motivated. My goal as a tutor is to make learning enjoyable, purposeful and achievable, while helping students develop the skills they need to thrive in the classroom.

My approach to tutoring is a gentle, child-led session which targets their struggles from their school learning. I aim to build their confidence and practice those key skills that will help them thrive in the classroom. A typical length of a lesson is an hour and they are aimed at children of a primary school age. I have two years experience as a teacher with a QTS and PGCE certificate.
