About Keise
Hello there, my name is Keise, I'm a former Semi-Professional boxer with a record of 14-0. I've been training since the age of 11 at Cuban Boxing Academy and now at the age of 26 I'd like to share my skills & techniques with others. I've taken part in the ABA and have many trophies and medals to my name. I've also got qualifications as a PT and have graduated in sport science.

Hello there, my name is Keise, I'm a former Semi-Professional boxer with a record of 14-0. I've been training since the age of 11 at Cuban Boxing Academy and now at the age of 26 I'd like to share my skills & techniques with others. Whether you'd like to take lessons to learn a new skill, be able to fight, defend yourself or just purely want to learn a new hobby to keep you fit & healthy boxing is the perfect sport for you. I'm a very strategic trainer who adapts to my students, which means my lessons will be suitable for you as I start you off from scratch. Firstly, analysing where you are at and then looking to develop your skills bit by bit setting targets for yourself and transforming you into your best form. I've had many students who have given me outstanding reviews as I've significantly helped them get into amateur fights in the ABA and helped them become fully ripped, lose a substantial amount of fat and been able to get them the lean, ideal look they've been looking for.
