About Emre
I am a senior high school student and have been doing calisthenics for the last 5 years. The main feature that connects me to this sport is that the person can train with body weight without equipment, thus gaining his own body control. So far, I have trained and supported 15 students on this subject, and as a result of these trainings, 13 of the 15 students achieved the physics they wanted.

At the beginning of my lessons, I always want to know the person I will teach and learn about his goals in this journey. After these goals are determined, we draw two short-term and long-term road plans. Before proceeding with these plans, we begin to create training plans after providing the student with the necessary information and teaching him the sport, movements and form.
