About Quentin
Classical pianist (from Bach to Bartók), enlightened amateur with twenty years of practice, graduate of the conservatoire (competitive public music college), passionate about the teaching of the instrument and so-called “classical” music in general, for children and adults, from beginner to intermediate level.

One hour lesson (or possibly less for children), at your home or at my place (Paris 5e arrondissement close to the Panthéon, top-of-the-range Yamaha YUS3 upright piano). The choice of method and progression depends on the age and level of the student, his ambitions and the time he can devote to the instrument. The emphasis is on music theory, sight-reading, the basics of harmony and musical culture, in order to train independent amateur musicians (a good teacher should eventually become useless).
