I have a lot of experience between Brazil and also with travel and cultural exchange abroad. One thing that scared me and motivated me to share my knowledge of English was the fact that almost all countries in the world, not just the developed ones, have some degree of knowledge of English. Which doesn't happen in Brazil unfortunately.
