I have taught over 10,000 students in my lifetime. Yoga has not only healed my own life, but I am shown again and again how it can transform the lives of others. Whether you want to eliminate your back pain, improve your mobility, or improve your focus and find peace of mind; I have the tools to help. I have taught children to the elderly, pregnant people to those recovering from deep emotional situations. Our sessions will be specific to you, helping you achieve and embody exactly what it is you desire. With over 7 years of experience in teaching at some of the best yoga studios in the world, I am here to continue to share this practice that continues to enrich my life every day.

Hands down the best yoga teacher in Montreal.
I have been doing private classes of Yoga with Ayla for almost a year now. She is trustworthy, reliable, and extremely knowledgeable in teaching yoga and meditation. I feel like I am learning something new every time and she is always present and very hardworking.
