About Chico
Starting my fitness journey at the tender age of 16, I have found myself several times longing for information or a mentor even.
From here I challenged myself to become very educated in the particular subjects as much as I could. Now here we are a pro athlete and I have absorbed everything I possibly could and always hungry to learn more and eager to teach and bring my knowledge to those sharing interest and desire to learn of sport and fitness

Any age and any fitness interests and backgrounds are welcome, my education comes from the poliquin group PICP program headquartered in RI, working off the poliquin principles. With just shy of 10 years of training and coaching, and more than half of those years spent learning and competing! The love and rive of these sports keeps me sharp in passion and education of the subject.
