I am flexible in my approach, giving everyone I mentor the time they need to understand key topics, bringing in real world applications to theory and ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding of the topics given. I like to plan out lessons clearly, with achievable specific goals for students to understand and to meet, and hold them to account to achieve these. I take on a personable approach, tailoring my teaching style to the needs of each student and making sure they get the most out of each session and the whole process.
