About Richard
I’m a professional acting coach based in London, trained directly by Ivana Chubbuck. I’ve been coaching since 2021 and continue my own training through ongoing masterclasses with Ivana Chubbuck.
I run small, structured acting classes and 1:1 coaching focused on clear process, professionalism, and repeatable results. My work is grounded, practical, and designed to support actors working at a serious level, whether preparing for auditions, roles, or long-term career development.

Hi, my name is Rich, and I’m a professional acting coach trained directly by Ivana Chubbuck.
I teach the Chubbuck Technique as a clear, repeatable process for auditions, scene work, and screen performance.
Lessons are typically 60 minutes and focused on practical application rather than theory.
We work step by step through exactly how to analyse and bottom-line objectives, personalise the scene, create a genuine need to speak every word, and trigger active listening for everything you hear — covering actions, emotional access, and behaviour — so you know exactly what to do in the room.
My coaching is best suited to adult actors (18+) who are serious about improving their craft - from recent graduates to working professionals ( I set a lot of homework)
Sessions can be used for audition prep, scene study, or long-term development.
