With a decorated amateur career holding a record of 69-4 including an all-Ireland title, provincial title and a county title, I hold an array of experience which has since translated over into turning professional in Australia where I will continue to build experience.

My teaching methodology is tailored to the individual for the 1-1 or 2-1 sessions depending on the result the individual is looking for. Key fundamentals that will be learned through will include: Offense Defense Feinting Footwork Shadow boxing Positioning Speed Power Each session is heavily pad work based and will take place Weekdays: 5am - 9am Sunday: 3pm - 10pm
