About Flora
I have trained and performed ballet at he same time as seeking further education in body science so I can fool proof technique and strength for the people I work with. It is so important to have a true understanding of the body and what you are demanding of it.
By having knowledge in not only the art from but also in the physical needs on each body in performance I can help people learn and develop healthy injury free movement patterns.
