About Aziz
Aziz Ben Rouha is a boxing champion and uses his experiences to teach and motivate his clients in high intensity training methods. His mixture of boxing technique, cardiovascular and strength training ensures that clients are making the most of their sessions, elevating their physique and mental endurance. He is immensely popular with clients of all levels and makes sure to lead by example. Aziz Ben Rouha is boxing champion and a certified boxing coach, fitness instructor and personal trainer offering classes to all levels (beginner to advanced all ages), indoors, outdoors and in a boxing gym.
