About Anass
I am an active professional boxer with several years of competitive experience and international fights. Boxing has been a central part of my life, teaching me discipline, consistency, and mental strength, which I now share through my coaching.
I have trained in different gyms and environments, working with experienced coaches and facing a variety of boxing styles in the ring. This has given me a deep understanding of technical boxing, conditioning, and fight strategy, not just boxing for fitness.
As a coach, my goal is to help students learn authentic boxing in a structured and safe way. I focus on correct technique, smart progression, and building confidence at every level. Whether you are a beginner or someone with experience, I adapt my teaching to your needs and goals.
I am passionate about helping people improve, challenge themselves, and develop both physically and mentally through boxing.

My boxing lessons are designed to help you learn real boxing, whether your goal is fitness, self-defense, confidence, or competition. As an active professional boxer, I teach the same techniques and training methods I use in my own career.
Each session is structured, safe, and adapted to your level:
• Beginners learn correct stance, footwork, punches, and basic defense
• Intermediate students improve combinations, timing, and conditioning
• Advanced students work on strategy, fight IQ, and performance training
Training includes:
• Boxing technique (jab, combinations, defense, movement)
• Physical conditioning and endurance
• Coordination, speed, and balance
• Mental discipline and confidence
