About Hannah
After being a chef for 15 years, my life has changed, now with a small child life looks very different and chef hours are unfortunately not particularly family-friendly. Living on the Essex, Suffolk border I am happy to travel in either direction. However I don’t want to give up my passion for food. I am consistently learning new techniques and trying new exciting ingredients. I have close connections to the best local artisans and suppliers in the area. I am good fun and have a sense of humour, you have to when working in kitchens! Whether it’s individual or group sessions, or cooking with kids I’m happy to accommodate. Thank you for reading

Hi! With 15 years of experience as a professional chef, my repertoire ranges from home-cooked meals, world food, to fine dining. Whether you want to ramp up your home-cooked meals to the next level, learn how to get ahead with the week's meal prepping. Or perhaps you want to widen your variety of cuisine, perhaps introducing authentic Mexican, Thai, Italian and much more. Maybe you want to add more plant-based meals to your week, but don’t know where to start. Dinner party? Got you covered, we can come up with a 3-course meal to impress, whether you want to start with canapés, serve authentic tapas or learn how to make the best roast dinner. Or we can start from the basics, how to make a white sauce, stocks, and practise your knife skills. I am all about full-on exciting flavours. Let’s do this!

Details
Get a free 30-minute phone call or Skype call when booking your first cooking session, here we can discuss what you would like to learn, and I can assess your skill level. This way the lesson can be tailored just for you! Additional learners will be charged £10 per hour. If you would like to book for a larger group of people, for example a hen do, children’s party or will require extra equipment these bespoke events will be priced individually.
