About Tinatin

I am a dedicated classical ballet teacher with a deep passion for preserving and sharing authentic ballet technique. My dance foundation was built through rigorous professional training in Georgia at the Vakhtang Chabukiani State Ballet Academy, complemented by years of teaching experience.

My instruction brings together the structured brilliance of the Vaganova methodology with the dynamic artistry of the Chabukiani tradition. Having refined my understanding of dance biomechanics and anatomical movement, I focus on building strong technical foundations, artistic expression, and injury-free placement for every student.

Beyond teaching steps, my mission is to mentor each student with patience, discipline, and encouragement. I am committed to helping dancers of all ages discover their potential, gain confidence, and develop a lifelong devotion to classical ballet.

About the lesson

A Tailored, Professional Approach to Classical Ballet Technique

My private lessons are completely customized around each student’s individual goals, skill level, and physical development. Drawing from authentic Vaganova methodology and professional experience, I tailor every session to give you or your child the exact guidance needed to progress safely and effectively.

How I Adapt Lessons to Your Needs:

- Personalized Curriculum: Whether working with an absolute beginner building foundational posture or an advanced dancer refining complex technique, every lesson plan is adjusted in real time based on the student's current needs and abilities.

- Anatomical Safety & Precision Alignment: I focus deeply on correct body mechanics, proper turnout, and weight placement to ensure clean execution while preventing injury and habituating correct muscle memory.

- Targeted Skill Development: Classes can focus on technique refinement, strength and flexibility conditioning, pointe work readiness and stability, or artistic expression and classical variation rehearsal.

- Supportive & Inspiring Guidance: I combine high academic standards with positive encouragement, helping students build genuine confidence, musicality, and a lifelong passion for classical ballet.

Flexible Formats: Available for focused Online instruction with detailed real-time visual corrections, as well as In-Person private coaching (available in San Diego, California).

I highly recommend taking classes with Tina, she is a true professional and an absolute master of classical ballet. She helped my daughter reach top finals and achieve amazing results at numerous European and international competitions. Tina is exceptionally strong in both technical training and choreography!
She is a dedicated, hard-working teacher who delivers real, high-level results. On top of that, the Georgian school of classical ballet is world-renowned,from Chabukiani, who revolutionized male ballet, to global stars like Nina Ananiashvili, Irma Nioradze, Nikolai Tsiskaridze, Lasha Khozashvili, and Elene Glurdjidze. This tradition is rich with legendary dancers, and Miss Tina is truly a part of that legacy.
I strongly encourage everyone to join Miss Tina's class. She is the real deal! ️
