About Aadhyaa
I’m Aadhyaa, a professional counselor and psychology practitioner with over 3 years of experience working across diverse age groups and settings in trauma, mental health, and family violence. I am also the founder of Heal&Heal Therapy. I hold a BA (Hons.) in Psychology, a Master's in Counseling from Monash University, and an Advanced PG Diploma in Mindfulness and Presence-Oriented Psychotherapy from Just Being Center and TISS. My work blends academic knowledge with real-world experience, integrating evidence-based psychology with contemplative and mindfulness practices. I have a strong interest in helping people understand themselves and others, and my career has spanned clinical counseling, trauma support, and therapeutic education. I bring presence, professionalism, and genuine care into everything I do.
