About Doria
I am a professional dancer based in New York City and a graduate of The Ailey School, where I currently work as a teaching assistant in the Junior Division. My training has given me a strong foundation in dance, technique, and artistry, and I am passionate about sharing that knowledge with others.
I enjoy working with students of all levels, from beginners discovering dance for the first time to more experienced dancers looking to grow and refine their skills. My goal as a teacher is to create a supportive environment where students feel motivated, confident, and inspired to improve.

My lessons are personalized to each student’s goals, level, and experience. Whether you are a complete beginner, preparing for auditions, or looking to refine your technique, I create a supportive and motivating environment to help you grow as a dancer.
With training from The Ailey School and experience as a teaching assistant, I focus on building strong fundamentals, musicality, confidence, and artistic expression. Lessons can include technique, movement quality, conditioning, and choreography depending on your interests.
My goal is to help students feel confident, improve their skills, and enjoy the process of learning and dancing.
