About Ana
I’m passionate about all sports, but football has always been my greatest passion. My international background and experience as a former player in Italy and a college player in the USA have allowed me to develop a broad understanding of the game and a diverse set of skills and perspectives. My coaching philosophy focuses on helping players express themselves freely, build confidence, and develop their own playing style. I strongly believe that mindset is just as important as technical ability, and I aim to create a positive environment where every player feels confident, motivated, and empowered to reach their full potential.

My coaching philosophy focuses on individual development, helping each player build confidence, improve their technical abilities, and strengthen their mental preparation.
My goal is to create a positive and supportive environment where players feel free to express themselves, develop their own playing style, and reach their full potential both on and off the pitch.
