As a passionate and professional 1-1 football coach, I bring over 7 years of experience coaching players in London and the Caribbean, helping them develop their skills, confidence, and love for the game. My philosophy, "Build the Mind, Develop the Player," is at the core of everything I do. I believe that football is not just about technical or physical ability, it’s about understanding the game, thinking critically, and mastering the finer details that make a real difference on the pitch. Having coached at Titans Football Academy and JB Coaching, I’ve worked with players of all levels, from beginners to advanced grassroots players, tailoring sessions to meet individual needs. I take pride in creating a positive and professional environment where players feel supported, challenged, and motivated to improve. My sessions are designed to inspire you to think, adapt, and grow as a player. I focus on the small details, whether it's your positioning, timing, or decision-making, while also working on your technical skills like ball control, passing, and shooting. I want every player I work with to leave each session feeling more confident, skilled, and prepared to excel in their game. My Approach to Tutoring and Coaching Football Philosophy: I believe in the philosophy of "Build the Mind, Develop the Champion." Football is as much a mental game as it is physical. My goal is to help players think critically, develop game intelligence, and understand the "why" behind their actions on the pitch. By fostering a strong mental foundation, I aim to help players build confidence, adaptability, and decision-making skills that set them apart both on and off the field. Techniques and Teaching Methodology: My sessions are designed to challenge players not only physically but mentally. I encourage them to think, analyse situations, and make decisions under pressure, creating players who can adapt to any scenario. I focus on the fine details, such as body positioning, timing, and decision-making, as well as technical skills like ball control, passing accuracy, and shooting. Each session is tailored to the individual, combining drills, small-sided games, and scenario-based exercises to replicate real match situations. Constructive feedback and detailed guidance are given throughout to ensure steady improvement. Typical Length of a Lesson: Each session typically lasts 60 minutes, with an option for extended 90-minute sessions for more in-depth training. This allows time for ball mastery, focused drills, game scenarios, and detailed feedback. Qualifications and Experience: With over 7 years of coaching experience in London and the Caribbean, I’ve worked with players of all levels, helping them achieve their personal and team goals. My experience at Titans Football Academy and JB Coaching has equipped me with a strong understanding of grassroots football and the skills required to develop young talent. As a former player myself, I bring practical experience combined with proven coaching techniques to every session. Who the Lessons Are For: My lessons are designed for players aged 6 to 18 at all levels, from beginners to advanced grassroots players. Whether you're just starting out or aspiring to take your game to the next level, I provide a supportive yet challenging environment that focuses on improving technical skills, tactical awareness, and physical conditioning. My aim is to help every player not only develop as a footballer but also grow in confidence, discipline, and understanding of the game.
