About George
My name is George. I am glad to meet you. I have taught English for the last 4 years in different environments. I enjoy exploring a new language with someone who is motivated and I like to make sure that you have the structure and motivation to continue on your learning journey. Apart from teaching and studying, I am interested in music and photography. I enjoy especially looking at older photographs of a place and seeing the differences compared to today. Other hobbies I have are cooking and doing sports.
I have been teaching English in University in England to foreign students, which I was myself at one point. That lasted for 2 years as I completed my studies for my degree of English Language and Teaching.

I have been teaching English in University in England to foreign students, which I was myself at one point. That lasted for 2 years as I completed my studies for my degree of English Language and Teaching. My way of teaching is focusing on having a strong foundation first, so making sure you have a good understanding of the vocabulary and the basic grammar before moving onto more complex topics. Thus, depending of which level you are at already and what preferences for progression you will have, we will begin with a focus on pronunciation, reading and listening exercises of understanding simple topics, followed by writing exercises, comprehension games and structured conversations.
