I’m an undergraduate of the University of South Wales I’m a mental health first aider with many years of experience in mental health. I’m a professional mentor and support people when they need it the most.

1-1 time to work through any life difficulties that you're having whether that’s exam stress, or other life problems I’ll work through them with you in a safe and supportive way
