I am a calm and controlled teacher, i like people to be free to stick with there choices and learn and adapt to reflect the choices they made.
Cooking is about expression but also precision and I like to incorporate this in to my lessons.
I can adapt my teaching styles depending on the person I am teaching. I have a wealth of experience training and teaching chefs in the industry.
I am a professional chef and have been in the industry for 10 years. I have been a head chef for 4 years and worked in some of the best restaurants in the world. Including with TV michelin star chef Tom kerridge's, Jason Atherton, Thomas Keller & Jamie Oliver.
I have traveled and worked in numerous diffrent country's such as the middle East, (Saudi Arabia, Lebanon), south east Asia, New Zealand, South America, America and Europe.
I have deploma in professional cookery qualification.
