About Anna
I have been teaching a happy collection of students of all ages and abilities for more than 12 years with great results. Those students choosing to take exams have achieved excellent results and many now play in amateur orchestras, the profession or simply have a satisfying hobby. My extensive career in performance has taken me around the world both as a chamber musician, singer, orchestral player and early/folk musician and it is a joy to share my experience with others.

Learning is focused on one to one sessions but I also coach ensembles and my students play to each other in an informal celebration of their work two or three times a year. Lessons are tailored to what will make music making in the life of the student more fulfilling, be it technical work or more informal repertoire.
