About Federico
Since my earliest childhood, I dreamed of studying percussion. I started at the age of nine, and until today I continue to learn and improve. I learn new rhythms, alternative techniques, different hand movements, to be able to evolve, in what has always fascinated me. Thus, my primary motivation for offering percussion lessons is to transmit my passion. I offer to be able to give my knowledge and my feelings concerning percussions. I have been teaching since 2016 in private or group lessons in schools in Argentina, Buenos Aires. I'm now starting to offer individual and group lessons in France, online, or face-to-face. Percussion instrument I can teach are darbuka, congas, bongo, handpan (Hang), timbals, drums, cajon, Brazilian drums, and all types of accessories. I offer lessons in different rhythms from around the world, with specific associated percussions, such as afro-latino, oriental, rumba flamenca, salsa, son, cha cha cha, rock, Brazilian rhythms from the south and north of the country.

I can teach different percussion instrument like darbuka, congas, bongo, handpan (Hang), timbals, drums, cajon, Brazilian drums, and all types of accessories. I offer lessons in different rhythms of the world, with specific percussions, such as afro-latino, oriental, rumba flamenca, salsa, sound, cha cha cha, rock, Brazilian rhythms from the south and north of the country. I teach the different musical figures specific to percussion, as well as the keys of percussion, and the reading of scores. During my lessons, the first thing I want to convey to the students is the importance of feeling the percussion as part of the body, that they can vibrate with the instrument. I also want the student to learn the correct way to play the instrument, rather than hitting it. I offer my knowledge to make the student feel enthusiastic, and I want to show them that with passion and dedication, that it's easy to make progress. He will give the techniques of each percussion that I can teach and how to play so that neither his body nor his hands get tired or suffer from pain. A typical course will be adapted to the student according to what he wishes to learn (theory and/or practice), the instrument, the rhythmic style, his level, etc. I can give lessons to people who are completely new to percussion as well as to advanced people. I can teach beginners, children and adults, all of the percussion types mentioned above, as well as rhythms. My main specialty, for advanced level people, are bongos and congas and afro-latino rhythms. I wish the student can acquire sufficient knowledge to have fun while playing.

Federico est un professeur patient, et qui prend le temps de s'adapter à chacun de ses élèves. Selon votre niveau, il saura vous proposer des exercices de relaxation des bras et des mains, du corps tout entier, nécessaires pour pratiquer la percussion de façon détendue. Il vous donnera des exercices basiques pour vous entraîner, selon la percussion enseignée, ainsi que des exercices de rythmes et de mélodie plus complexes si vous souhaitez approfondir davantage telle ou telle percussion. Il est attentif à chaque élève et s'implique dans le suivi et la progression de ses élèves.
J'ai fait ma première séance avec Federico et il a su m'apporter la détente qu'il me manquait pour progresser sur mon instrument. Il est motivant et agréable ! Foncez !
Très bon professeur, j'ai eu la chance de le rencontrer en Argentine et en plus d'être une personne formidable, il a la patience dont un débutant a besoin au début. Je le recommande à tous ceux qui veulent apprendre la magie de la musique!
